Big plans. A whole new LOOP.

Our Holland Park home has a special setting. Our ambition is to give the experience inside a whole new lease of life, with a full multi-million-pound refurbishment and a completely new offering from 2027.

Capsule pods are part of those plans: a new way to stay in the loop, designed around a more private sleeping space within a social hostel setting. They are planned for the future and are not currently available to book.

We also hope to introduce padel. This remains a proposal, subject to planning approval. No opening date or booking availability is confirmed.

The images accompanying our future plans are concept visuals. Designs, facilities and timings may change as the project develops.

If you’re planning a stay sooner, choose from the existing shared dorms and private rooms. We’ll keep the current offer and the future plans clearly separated as we share updates.
