COMING SOON / FROM 2027

Same park. A whole new loop.

We are the new owners of the Holland Park hostel from October 2026. And we have some special plans. A full multi-million-pound refurbishment will bring a completely new LOOP LONDON offering from 2027: capsule pods, reimagined spaces and, we hope, padel — subject to planning approval.

THE NEXT CHAPTER

Big plans.
Better stays.

01 / OCTOBER 2026

New owners.
New energy.

We have taken ownership of the Holland Park hostel, and we are here to make something special. For now, you can stay in the existing dorms and private rooms while we develop the next chapter.

02 / A FULL REFURBISHMENT

A multi-million-pound transformation.

We are planning a full refurbishment, rethinking how the hostel looks, feels and works. More considered spaces to sleep, meet and spend time, with Holland Park at the heart of it all.

03 / FROM 2027

A completely
new offering.

Capsule pods are part of our plans from 2027, alongside reimagined social spaces. We also hope to introduce padel, subject to planning approval. We will confirm opening dates as each part of the plans develops.
